Probation or community control is not a right but a privilege. The punishment allows someone to remain in the community with severe restrictions on their liberty. If placed on probation you must comply by the conditions of probation or be subjected to incarceration up to the statutory maximum. If charged with a Violation of Probation (VOP) or Violation of Community Control (VOCC) it’s because the Probation Officer has submitted a request for a warrant to the judge and the judge signed the warrant for your arrest.  The Probation Officer claims you have violated a condition.
